To be confirmed
Chennai, Tamil Nadu, , India
Attire: Sherwanis, saris, veshtis, or summer fabrics
Welcome to the drama and chaos of an Indian wedding on Chennai's Coromandel Coast! We'd be delighted if you joined us for the central weekend of our Tamil Hindu wedding. We're aware you may want to spend more than a weekend in India! Rosie and I will be in India for two weeks. During the first week we will undertake a few of the other Hindu marriage rituals in temples in Chennai. This first week may be an opportunity for those visiting from the West to explore parts of India, such as the Golden Triangle of the North West; the Sundarbans of the North East; the backwaters of Kerela in the South West; or Tamil Nadu's Coromandel Coast, wooded hills, and ancient temples in the South East. Fly, train, or intercity Uber into Chennai for our wedding weekend on the coast in Chennai. Rosie and I then plan to fly out to our favourite spot in the world, the beautiful Andaman Islands for the week - and hope you can join us for a joint adventure to these beautiful paradise islands only two hours off India's east coast! There are direct connections multiple times a day to Chennai, Delhi, Mumbai, Kolkata, Bangalore and other Indian cities. We'd love to share our favourite place in the world with our favourite people in the world!
